I also enjoy running to keep fit and this weekend all of our family is running in the Mothers Day Classic, which is a fun run around Eastern Beach. I would also like to go to New York for a white Christmas and we have planned to go in 2015 with my family.

    • Dear Steve (Sophie’s Dad),

Wow, Christmas in New York. That sounds amazing. I have just been living in the UK for 3 years and I loved having a white Christmas. It’s very different to Christmas here in Australia. Everyone stays inside with a hot lunch and sits by the fire. All the buildings and roads are covered in snow, it’s quite magical.

Good luck with the Mother’s Day Classic on Sunday.

      Miss Hannan

    • Dear Mr Mannell,

      What a wonderful comment.

The students have already taught us so much about blogging and I must say that we are really enjoying it. It is definitely something that I would like to one day introduce to a classroom of my own.

  10. Dear 4KM and 4KJ,
I think that is extraordinary that your class has two student teachers at the same time! Now there are four teachers in the room to help you learn all kinds of wonderful things.
I have also been an adult student and learned a great deal from both Miss Jordan and Mrs. Morris about blogging.
I have two questions for your student teachers:
Miss Hannon – What would you like to see the most in New York City? I think you would really enjoy jogging around Central Park since you like being outside so much.
Miss Paul – what state or tourist spot would you like to visit in Australia? Do you have any advice for me? Someday I hope to visit Australia and see some important sights.
    Enjoy and happy reading!
    From,
    Mrs. Hembree

    • Dear Mrs Hembree,

I haven’t really given much thought about exact spots I would like to visit, however I do enjoy areas such as Halls Gap and tropical areas such as Queensland. I would definitely recommend Halls Gap, it was beautiful and there were lots of adventurist tracks you can walk on with great views!!

Thank you for your comment, it was wonderful to read.
